New York Outrigger is Manhattan Island's first outrigger canoe club. We are a volunteer-driven, non-profit educational organization committed to providing the safe environment, instruction, equipment, and camaraderie needed to enjoy the sport of outrigger canoeing.

Liberty 2008 Feedback

The 2008 Liberty World Outrigger Competition closed with a great sense of accomplishment not only by those who particpated in the event but also by those people who organized it. We are always looking for feedback on what went well and what needed some more work so we can make subsequent Liberty Races an even greater event.

Whether you were a competitor, sponsor or spectator, we are eager to hear your feedback on this race and any suggestions you may have.

    The race and club have come a long way since 1996. Congratulations on what appears to be a great event.
