Growth Program

Every paddler, from novices to veterans, can benefit from focused attention on the core basics. The Growth Sessions are geared toward building both technique and conditioning, and provide a team-oriented environment to stretch and sharpen the paddler skillset.

A rotation of mentors will leverage drill exercises and endurance training to challenge personal limits and achieve team goals. Whether the aim is supplementing race preparation or simply improving to the next level, these sessions are open to all NYO paddlers, with seat priority given to newer members.

Schedule

Our paddle season typically runs from May-September.

Wednesdays: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Sundays: 10:00am – 12:00pm
