What is PaddleFit?

PaddleFit is designed to complement Growth and Race programs. Exploring skills such as refining paddle technique, steering, different seat roles, hulis, flying amas, water changes, basically anything that will make a “complete” paddler. Wrapping all of this with a fitness component comprises PaddleFit.

Preferred experience is 1 season of Growth level paddling or equivalent

Schedule

Our paddle season typically runs from May-September.

Mondays: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturdays: 8:00am – 10:00am
